The Nike ZoomX Dragonfly for men and women are spikes for any distance between 1 and 9 miles. The unisex spikes only weight about 124 grams. Especially the upper is really light in weight thanks to the thin material used in its construction. Because it's so thin the material also doesn't retain water and is highly breathable. The upper is also very strong. The ZoomX midsole is a very lightweight sole which is also very responsive.
