Mizuno made strategic cutouts in the sole to serve two purposes: reduce the overall weight and relieve the pressure that a carbon-plate can put on your foot when running 26.2 miles. Plus, the G3 outsole provides exceptional grip as you run the corners at breakneck speed.

The upper is lightweight and has a performance feel. It is very breathable and made with some recycled materials, to make the shoe more sustainable.
